An Area Sales Manager / Technical Sales Representative is required within the Oxford, Milton Keynes, Watford, Luton region to develop sales for a market leading automotive manufacturer.
OTE 24K, 18-21k Basic + Commission + Car + Benefits
For over 20 years, our client has supplied high quality products to the Automotive, industrial and allied markets. Renowned for their high performance brand and innovative product portfolio they continue to remain at the forefront of new development.
To assist with their growth they now require an Area Sales Manager/Technical Sales Demonstrator within the Home Counties Region to continue with the success of their motivated automotive sales division.
The Candidate
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with automotive product knowledge and a commercial ability to enjoy their first experience within a field sales role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales by demonstrating the company products to automotive professionals (garages, workshops and refinish/bodyshops).
You will develop a portfolio of existing customers and will also prospect new clients. We are looking for a candidate who has exceptional technical/automotive product expertise and who has the ability to demonstrate by using both enthusiasm and their knowledge of the market.
Although sales experience is desirable, more important is your ability to enthusiastically and proficiently demonstrate product, selling via demonstration of the product and understanding of the clients needs.

The Role
Core responsibilities of the role are:
Visit existing clients and seek new clients
Customer loyalty, though contact visits
Demonstrate products and anticipate the clients needs.
Propose Products
Transmit knowledge of technical products.
Adjust technique on the type of clientele
Order taking.
