Description

We have an excellent opportunity to work for a large IT Solutions Provider at their office in Swansea as a Sales Executive. They are currently turning over between £60 and £70m per year, with offices in various locations across the UK. Specialising in hardware, software and office products, to name just part of their product range, they are also partnered with the likes of Symantec, Blackberry, Cisco, and HP Gold. They are looking for experienced Sales Executives to join their Internal Account Management Sales team.

The role will be internally based and will include new business and account management. You will be expected to actively prospect and research in order to generate new leads and open new accounts. Your role will then entail developing these accounts further by nurturing and maximising sales. It will be very important to build relationships with a variety of customers in order to offer the best possible customer service. You will actively work towards monthly, quarterly and yearly targets and not only be expected to work well in a team but also use your own initiative to prioritise your workload. This role is based in a fast paced environment so you will need to actively understanding your customers IT needs and be able to effectively sell solutions accordingly.

You will need to be currently working in the IT industry in order to have enough knowledge to support customer's needs and requirements. They are looking for candidates who are used to working towards Gross Profit targets, with preferably the experience of achieving a minimum of £10kGP monthly figures. The ideal candidate will be confident to develop new business, proactive to manage accounts, and essentially enthusiastic and driven to further their careers.

The benefits package includes a basic starting salary which is dependent on the level of knowledge and expertise you can bring to the role. This ranges between t£20-30k, with higher basics available for exceptional candidates. There is also a great commission package available as well as other added benefits on offer at the company. Most importantly are the career prospects on offer as they can offer the best candidates a range of progression routes.
