Appointment Booker

Local well established medical insurance company require an experienced Appointment Booker to join their dynamic team. You will be utilising existing leads and calling clients to book appointments on behalf of the sales team.

The Role
To increase the number of quotations and opportunities within the company. The main impact of the role will be to make a measurable sales contribution towards the overall growth and profitability of the company

Principle Objectives and Responsibilities

Appointments
Achieve or exceed agreed volume of quotations produced from Opportunities.

Customer Contact
Ensure familiarisation with products and providers across the group.
Meet required standards of call volumes.
Meet required standards for returning phone calls.
Maintain best standards with all clients.

Business Development
Identify and pursue cross-selling, up-selling and similar opportunities.
Utilise all leads provided to you by the company and develop new and efficient ways to increase the quote volume.
Run a prompt and efficient diary system, making sure all databases are kept updated.
Communicate new and innovative ideas.
