Call Centre Sales Manager

I am looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to work for a successful business in Warrington.

Do you come from a Call Centre Background?? Have you managed a Sales Team?
If so this is the role for you.

Among other things the role will include the running of a sales team on a daily basis, monitoring and measuring performance and activity through regular 121’s and appraisals.

To coach, mentor and motivate staff to achieve growth in the business. As well as growing the business you will also need to ensure that staffs are happy and enthusiastic on an ongoing basis.

If you are happy to work to targets, both performance and financial as well as to manage a team on Sales staff with 100% dedication this is the role for you.
