SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR - EMEA
£75-90k basic - £160-220k OTE + excellent benefits
London/South East base with European/Global coverage

·A heavy weight and senior new business hunter required with a high calibre Enterprise Software sales / PLM / DAM background.
·MUST have an understanding of the Graphics / Artwork / Consumer Packaging industries.
·MUST have experience selling in to Global Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Brand Owner & Branded clients.
·Expected to have a £4m pipeline at any one time, bringing in sales deals from £250k-£2million, closing 1/2 deals per quarter, gaining 3/5 renewals per year, with 2/3 upgrades per quarter.
·Preferred experience with the following in this order: 1. Selling Enterprise Solutions 2. CPG, Pharmaceutical, and/or Lifesciences. 3. PLM- Product Lifestyle Management 4. Graphics Industries

·This position will support the sale of Enterprise software solutions to mid-size and large Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, Brand, Life Sciences and Advertising Agencies.
·Working as part of the sales team, this individual will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, acting as the subject matter expert in all product/service offerings and driving the sales cycle to closure.
·Key areas of focus will include: participating in sales appointments, preparation of requests for proposals, providing guidance throughout the sales process, and assuring complete and accurate completion of design documentation and contract paperwork in support of complex agreements.
·Responsible for ongoing consultations with the sales and engineering teams after the sale is closed to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
·Market Profiling / Lead Generation - defining target accounts for new leads. Market awareness - keep in touch program to develop warm targets.
·Partnering - identifying and developing new partner opportunities. Working with other key stake holders on joint sales campaigns.
·Key account relationship owner - growing existing Global accounts.
