Remuneration: £35,000-£42,000 + up to 30% Bonus

The role of the Regional Sales Manager Steel Framing will involve:

• Selling lightweight structural steel framing systems
• Managing 50-100 live projects at any one time at various stages of development from being deigned and drawn up to some systems already been delivered to construction sites
• The majority of your time being evenly split between Architects, Main Contractors and Sub Contractors, with a much smaller amount reserved for design meetings
• Managing an area currently turning over circa £1.5m-£1.8m, currently on budget
• Maximising leads from Installers plus managing key supply chain partnerships with Main Contractors
• Dealing with project sizes from a few hundred metres of wall elevation up to 15,000 square metres

The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager Steel Framing with:

• Experience selling a structural technical product into Main Contractors
• Construction industry field sales experience
• The following would all be of interest: External wall systems, Through the wall systems, Facades, Rainscreens, Renders, Curtain Walling, Steel Framing, Timber Frame, Modular systems, Window Manufacturers, plus Internal Dry Lining
• Specification sales experience with Architects is desirable
• Ideally un understanding of “U-Value” calculations, “Acoustic Value”, MMC Thermal, acoustic and fire resistance knowledge may be desirable
• Strong Presentation skills
