Description		Managing Editor, Bedford, 25-32K Your Profile As Managing Editor you will have online editing experience ideally within an online community. You will be able to create realistic schedules and manage them ensuring deadlines are met. You will have a clear understanding of website content delivery processes as well as having solid editorial skills The Role This is a hugely varied role. Overall you will be in charge for taking responsibility for the quality of site content ensuring it meets the necessary editorial standards as well as managing the scheduling and delivery of content from �commissioning stage� to �approved live� stage. This involves copy editing commissioned content and approving all uploaded content before going live. As well as this as Managing Editor you will be expected to write all delivery schedules and manage the content delivery process. This involves liaising with Head of Client services via regular production meetings, commissioning items of content as specified by the Head of Content, anticipate and troubleshoot scheduling problems and take overall responsibility for the delivery of all content items going live.
