Description		Policy Writer (children & vulnerable adults knowledge) �20-25 per hour - London Your Profile The successful candidate for the Policy Writer role will be an experienced writer, with a background or experience in health or social care. Educated to degree level or equivalent, it is essential that you have a sound knowledge of the current legislation regarding safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults, and desirable that you have worked within a communications department or similar. The Role The Policy writer will be responsible for updating corporate strategic documents including operational guidance, handbooks, and policy documents that reflect the operational activity and procedures of the organisation. The Policy Writer will liaise with assessors and regional/national safeguarding leads as appropriate. The successful applicant will also prepare responses to national consultations, and build / strengthen relationships between the client and other parties.
