Description		Advertising Field Sales - Cornwall Working for a regional design and media company in North Devon. Our client specialises in design for web, print, and copywriting. They also provide PR, media buying and contract publishing services including, editorial, advertising sales and distribution. The purpose of this role is to sell the benefits of printed and electronic advertising, within a specified geographical territory or business category, face to face and over the telephone to existing and potential clients. To ensure that targets and standards are achieved. This role requires the provision of guidance to advertisers, based on a number of criteria, relevant to aspects of advertising. This will involve the use of sales and negotiation skills in order to recommend the best advertising solutions for existing and potential clients. You will work as a member of the advertising department and as suc will have interaction with a variety of departments in th eproduction of a series of publications (printed/electronic) ie. production/creative design, credit control, editorial, distribution, IT training and marketing. The most challenging part of the job will be working in the advertising department which can at times be stressful as th erole requires you to work towards set deadlines. To help balance the occasional pressures of th erole, the advertising deaprtment offers a lively, competitive environment where the emphasis on 'fun' and dedication to the task and the support of other team members are of equal importance.
