Description		Job Details Our Ref: 4348 Territory: North, Midlands, Wales Products: Wound Care Salary: �35k - �40k Company Benefits: Car Car Allowance Healthcare Laptop Mobile Pension Other Benefits: Bonus, Profit Sharing You will ideally be based in: Midlands Requirements: Due to an internal promotion, our Client, one of the market leaders in Wound Care, seek a Regional Sales Manager to cover the North West, Midlands and Wales. The role will encompass, management of the Sales Team to achieve sales targets, motivate and help to deliver and develop new business. In addition you will be responsible for budget control, recruitment and training needs working closely with the Training Manager, reporting to the National Sales Manager to take forward strategic objectives. The successful candidate will preferably have 5 years experience in wound care sales with some supervisory experience, be able to interpret and communicate corporate strategies and have attributes in presentation, communication, targeting and training skills. This company offers an excellent remuneration package to include: Private Healthcare, Pension, Profit Sharing Bonus, Life Assurance.
