Description		An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well established Healthcare organisation. Our client is looking for a Wellness Services Coordinator / Nurse Manager for a new home based in Sonning, Berkshire. The right candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Quality Service Reviews and CSCI regulation within the community. This position expects that you will be a compassionate RGN who ideally has home health, assisted living and nursing management experience. You will have a proven background in leading staff, and developing relationships with internal and external agencies to ensure a high quality service is made available for the service user. It is expected that you will be competent in completing client assessments, individual care plans and be able to educate and support team members to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our client�s service users. Training skills will be highly advantageous as this also forms a pivotal part of the role. Excellent assessment, communication and time management skills, sound judgement, IT literacy will be vital along with strong customer focus will also be key to succeeding in this role. All qualified applicants with current entitlement to work in the UK (including for example HSMP visas) are welcome. We regret we are unable to seek work permits on behalf of candidates, which means that applicants requiring work permits unfortunately will not be considered.
