Description		Our client is looking for an experienced manager to take up the position of Assisted Living Coordinator based in Dorset / Hampshire area. The successful candidate will cover homes in Southbourne, Westbourne and occasionally Southampton. The ideal candidate will be a qualified RGN and have previous experience within long term care, assisted living, hospital industry or experience/exposure to the senior population along with NVQ4 and RMA. You will be responsible for planning, organising, developing and directing the overall operation of the assisted living neighbourhood in accordance with CSCI regulations. Facilitating individual service plans, risk assessments and monitoring all processes and practices along with partnering activities and dining coordinators to ensure adequate and appropriate events are taking place and that care managers are actively involved. Other management requirements will include (but not limited to) recruitment, development, coaching, disciplining and mentoring, appraisals, budgets, strategy planning and rota planning. This role is an immediate vacancy. All qualified applicants with current entitlement to work in the UK (including for example HSMP visas) are welcome. We regret we are unable to seek work permits on behalf of candidates, which means that applicants requiring work permits unfortunately will not be considered.
