Description		Service Integration/Performance Manager - NHS - to �55k + Excellent benefits An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and professional Senior NHS Manager to join a fast growing and dynamic organisation, a true leader in the field of decision support to NHS commissioning. The role will involve the ongoing management of client engagements including elements of service delivery and client relationship management. You will work with Trusts and GPs to develop services that will help enhancing patient care and improve performance. A background in commissioning would be useful or alternatively, an understanding of the commissioning process from a decision support perspective. Responsibilities will include managing the expectations of key stakeholders and work with the client to resolve any issues with the implementation of campaigns, all the time ensuring that internal teams are kept informed of new requirements and programme visibility is maintained for internal management. You will also build relationships with GP's and PCT staff to ensure a full understanding of their needs and ensure a seamless delivery of products and services. An understanding of practice management/development would be an advantage as would a knowledge NHS procurement policies and processes. All suitable candidates must have extensive NHS experience.
