Description Our client is looking for a life sciences graduate who is self taught in I.T that can help scientists over the phone/by e-mail Will provide scientific application support (break/fix/workaround) and user instruction to the discovery business.

Duties to include;
Act as first point of contact for queries relating to scientific products & services
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving
Taking calls relating to scientific application problems and requests
Capturing all incidents in the call management tool
Updating the Science desk knowledgebase with all pertinent information

Must be prepared to travel on occasions
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical skills
Good customer facing skills
Science background
Technical skills
Location Alderley Edge, Cheshire
Job type Contract
Contract length 3 Months +
Salary/rate £10 - £20/hour Negotiable
