Description		Operations Manager sought to oversee a number of nursing homes for older persons in South East England. The area to oversee is extensive and spans from Kent and London, through to Birmingham and large parts of the South West. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the homes are providing the best possible care to residents and that they are adhering fully to CSCI requirements. Applicants for this role must be qualified RGN or RMN and ideally should have worked previously in a similar role, such as Regional or Area Manager and have substantial experience of managing older persons nursing and dementia care. Candidates who have not worked in an Operations capacity before but who are looking to progress their career can be considered if their experience is substantial. It is essential that you are a car driver, and please note that a car allowance will be payable. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. The successful candidate will be joining a team of four other Operations Managers. It would be desirable for applicants to be based near Poole but candidates from other areas will be considered if they match the requirements in all other aspects.
