Description		EDITORIAL DIRECTOR - LIVERPOOL TO �60K An Editorial Director is sought by this major Medical Education Agency. You will lead and manage the total editorial resource within the Medical Communications business unit to deliver medical communications that satisfy client needs in terms of quality, commercial focus, timing and cost. To manage the P&L associated with Scientific Services to ensure the delivery of revenue and maximization of margin. To work in partnership with Commercial Services to deliver the sales, revenue and margin expectations (budget, forecasts and latest estimates) for the Medical Communications business unit. Education and Experience Life science degree (preferably pharmacy, pharmacology or medicine) or equivalent. Higher degree preferred, but not essential. Business qualification preferred, but not essential. Experience 5 years communications agency experience 2 years management experience or equivalent Specialist Skills Leadership skills Financial and business management skills Ability to coach and mentor Ability to interact effectively with clients Presentation skills Resource management and planning skills Ability to comply with SOPs and standards (One Year Contract) Email your CV now or call Chris for a confidential discussion
