Description		A leading global Solutions provider for Molecular Cytogenetics urgently requires a German speaking Customer Service Representative. I the position as Customer Service Representative you will be primarily responsible for processing purchase orders and quotes in ERP system. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and email, being responsible for assuring product delivery in accordance with customer requirements and manufacturing capabilities. You will also respond to customer product inquires and customer satisfaction issues. Interfacing with the customer prior to and/or after sale. You will coordinate with various functions in the company to ensure requests are handled in a thorough and timely manner, and champion both internal and external customers. You will also act as a key interface between internal/external customers and Manufacturing/Logistics. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Degree / High school diploma. Experience of working in a high volume order entry/customer service environment. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, JDE preferred. Computer experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems required. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent planning and scheduling skills are essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Self motivated with the ability to persevere and resolve issues to meet or exceed customer expectations. Skills and Capabilities: LANGUAGE SKILLS GERMAN Ability to read, analyse, and interpret purchase orders and terms and conditions. Capability to respond to customer inquiries verbally and in writing. The Customer Service Representative will be office based near High Wycombe, so ideally you will already live in the area. The Salary offered for the position of Customer Service Representative will be up to �23K (depending on experience).
