As part of the Senior Management Team and the Board you will provide leadership and guidance on the utilisation of resources and tools to ensure the correct management of research projects. You will motivate and drive the project teams and provide a clear vision and culture for them to work effectively in. You will champion company initiatives including development and marketing of branded solutions and be responsible for helping ensure efficient and profitable running of the business.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have gained their market research experience from either the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or from a Pharmaceutical/healthcare Market Research agency/consultancy. You will have established market research skills (either quant or qual) but more importantly have experience of managing and leading others. You will have strong commercial acumen with proven business development and project management skills. The role will require some travel around Europe and to the US. You will have a good Honours degree or equivalent experience.
