You will also assist in providing high quality medical and scientific support to business teams, field-based staff and all in-house departments. You will ensure all Medical Information literature and sources are updated on a regular basis and comply with ABPI Code of Practice and provide training to Medical Information Service staff according to company SOPs and guidelines.

Assisting in the maintenance of a database of frequently requested Medical Information enquiries and responses, you will ensure that the database is updated on a regular basis. You will act as the key contact for all customer complaints.

You will have with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry within Medical Information or Drug Safety (or within a Medical Communications environment). You will have good knowledge of ABPI Code of Practice. You will hold a bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Nursing or Life Science.
