Registered General Nurse required within an elderly nursing home located in Stratford-upon-Avon.

THE ROLE
A new role has arisen within a medium-large sized nursing home caring for the elderly frail, elderly with dementia and for adults with a physical disability.

An experienced and qualified Registered Nurse is required to join their team to initially be involved in creating and maintaining an environment in which all residents receive a high standard of care.

THE CANDIDATE
As an enthusiastic and qualified Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal skills you will have the following attributes:

• Possess a flexible approach to your working hours and be able to complete alternated day/night shift patterns working on a rota basis as and when required.

• Have a valid NMC pin code

• Experience of working within an elderly nursing home setting either as a Registered Nurse or Support/Care worker.

• Have a self motivated attitude with the desire to thrive within this challenging but rewarding environment.

• Be fluent in English

• Have authorisation to work in the EEC

The successful candidate will work in accordance with the Codes of Professional Conduct as issued by the NMC and within the regulations set by Care Quality Commission.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a permanent position offering 32.5 hours per week.
