Our client is pioneering research to produce a superior performance low weight rechargeable battery.
They have an exciting new opportunity for a Development Scientist / Engineer to work in their state of the art research facility.
The main responsibilities of the role will include making analytical, electrical and electrochemical measurements, data logging and other laboratory duties as required. Good attention to detail is essential to complete these tasks effectively.
A PhD focusing on electrochemistry, battery technology or lithium based energy in particular would be highly desirable.
The role is based in the south east of England within commutable distance from Reading, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
