An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager to join a home that is part of one of the UK's largest care home groups.

My client is looking for candidates that have at least 3 years post registration experience within an elderly care environment, preferably experience working with dementia care. You must also have some managerial or supervisory experience as you will be expected to run the home when the manager is off.

The successful applicant will be forward thinking and have excellent communication and time management skills. You will also have the ability to lead and encourage staff helping to mentor and train them.
