Our client are a leading, national organisation providing care and support for people with learning disabilities and associated needs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking and progressive organisation.

A strong and enthusiastic leader is required to manage the existing staff team at this well established registered nursing home. With around 16 residents, the service is dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Service users regularly attend a day centre and are encouraged to make the most of local facilities, including shopping trips and visits to the theatre.

Able to lead and motivate a staff team, you will be a RNLD with managerial experience and a working knowledge of the client group. You should also possess your RMA or NVQ in management or be willing to achieve the new LMC NVQ qualification, within agreed timescales.

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week. Salary up to £34,000pa plus great benefits including 247.5 hours annual leave, life assurance, access to childcare vouchers, sick pay, stakeholder pension and lifestyle discounts.
