Locum Dentist job vacancy - Anfield, Liverpool.
Part time Locum Dentist required to start ASAP until end of March 2010. To work on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week.
Locum Deal £360 per day plus £10 per UDA for over performance (over 150 UDAs) plus £25 travel allowance depending upon distance. Locums are required to pay 50% of NHS and private lab bills but will receive 50% of any private work they do. All locums must be GDC registered and have an active performer number.
