This care home is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care for older people. From the attractive gardens to the stylish decorated bedrooms and lounge areas, the home has predominantly been purpose built to meet the needs of older people. This care home provides various levels of care to residents from general nursing to intermediate through to specialist Dementia care. We are looking for a night nurse to make a real difference to the lives of the residents.

If you have good post-registration experience, this is the perfect opportunity to achieve a gentler pace, helping older people have the life they deserve in a rewarding environment.

You will be asked to prepare, agree, deliver and monitor residents’ care plans, complete quality and risk assessments and oversee contacts with residents’ relatives and friends. You’ll also support, appraise and develop care staff, carry out effective supervision and training, identify any performance issues, adhere to clinical practice standards and monitor staff compliance procedures.

On top of your technical skills and experience you will need fluent written and spoken English skills, a real flair for teamwork, a positive attitude to change and a commitment to personal and professional development.
