Description

To act as a key liason and bridge between the Commercial team and Finance. Specifically to help support and develop the Commercial team function through the provision of timely and accurate information.
To provide analytical support to the Nursing Services Division, through the analysis and provision of management reporting information. This includes the production of key month end reports and KPIs.
Support a review of existing operational processes to enable more accurate and timely billing of services.
To support the Divisional Finance Controller in the business forecasting processes such as budgeting, forecasting and business planning and in the resolution of general reporting and billing related issues.
Support the development and set-up of commercial pricing for new and amended contracts and new business implementation within the Clinical area.
Support price list management across the business. Identify and flag pricing anomalies across referring establishments.
Support Commercial and Group Finance in the resolution of invoicing queries/issues and checking of key customer reports.
To provide commercial finance support to our Aseptic compounding unit.
New business measurement and tracking.
Provide other ad-hoc financial support to the Divisional Finance Controller and Commercial team.
To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibility of the job.

Experience:

The role holder will have experience in the following:

A commercially experienced, analytically minded, full or part qualified finance professional.

Personal Skills & Qualities:

A self starter with the ability to use own initiative to resolve problems
Shows commitment to getting the job done in a proactive and enthusiastic manner.
Commercial experience in liaising directly with and influencing operators.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal to all levels of management.
Competent MS office user
Strong analytical skills, getting to the heart of real issues
