Our client is currently seeking two Registered General Nurses for their private nursing and residential elderly care home.
The RGN will be required to support the Home Manager on the day to day management of the home, leading and developing and supporting the team in the delivery of Person Centred services.
To support and supervise the Care Team.
To act up for the Home Manager in their absence.

Main Responsibilities for the RGN will include:
Organise the staff team to ensure appropriate staffing levels and skill mix by forward planning of staffing rota.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate Person Centred Care Plans.
Carry out all nursing procedures efficiently and effectively based on Good Practice Guidelines/National Framework for Older People.
Administer medication.
Maintain accurate records in line with NMC guidelines.
Actively promote multidisciplinary working.

Hours of the role are 37.25 hours per week, 1 shift of 12.25 hours and 4 shifts of 6.25 hours.

Applicants should have the following:
Hold a current NMC Registration
Have experience of working in a similar role.

A driving licence is desirable due to the location.
