Home Manager - Essex

Salary - £24k - £30k

My client is looking for an individual to provide the effective clinical and management leadership for there Home, ensuring the delivery of a consistently high level of care. You will be responsible for overseeing everything from budgets to business strategy. They will also look to you to train and develop your team, monitoring their progress within an NVQ framework. Committed to the highest of standards, you will champion a multi-disciplinary environment, be an inspiration to your colleagues and a strong advocate for your residents. Although office based, occasional travel and night visits will require you to have a flexible approach to your work.

Ideally you will holding or studying for a management qualification, such as NVQ 4. You should also have broad senior management experience in a relevant setting and this is your opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our residents.
