STR Health is looking to recruit a Home manager for a nursing home located in Coventry.
 
The home is specially designed Care Centre providing quality nursing care for older people.  
 
The ideal candidate will be nurse qualified and posses either the RGN or RMN qualification
 
It's important that candidates have strong communication and organisational skills along with a clear and thorough knowledge of CQC standards
 
The home is rated as a good with CQC so the client wants the reputation of the home maintained and eventually enhanced to an excellent.
 
Your duties will include
 
Recruitment and retention
Development and training
Budgeting, and costing
 
As Home Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the home is profitable and that all residents are provided with the best care possible.
 
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the home report directly to the Area Manager.
 
The salary will range from 34k to 36k depending on skills and experience
