Analytical Scientist - Pharmaceutical, Oxford. Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Development organisation, are currently looking for an Analytical Scientist to join their state-of-the-art facilities in Oxford.

As an Analytical Scientist within the Development Team, you will be responsible for the analysing both custom pharmaceuticals and API’s throughout laboratory preparation, scale up and during manufacturing (GMP/cGMP) using a range of wet chemistry and analytical chemistry techniques including HPLC and GC. Duties will also include stability analysis of samples as well as performing method development on analytical techniques.

This role will either be on a basis of ‘normal’ office hours of 9am - 5pm or shift based work. This is negotiable depending on the successful candidate.

To be considered for this role, you will have a degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related subject (or equivalent) and proven practical experience in an Analytical Chemistry function within the Pharmaceutical or Chemical industry including experience utilising HPLC and GC. Experience of method development and validation as well as stability studies for APIs would be advantageous but it is not essential.
