Supurb opportunity to join a leading provider as a Deputy Manager for this well managed Nursing Home for the elderly with dementia.

Supporting the Registered Manager you will help with the daily operation of the home and support the staff team in delivery high standards of care and be able to recognise potential areas of improvement and development throughout your role.

As a reputable provider, all funds are put back into the home in order that all staff have relevant training and proper support throughout their roles to give the best possible service to the residents.

To apply for this position you will require:

UK NMC PIN - RGN/RMN/RN
At least 1 years experience as a Deputy Manager (or senior role) in a Nursing Home setting.
Dementia care knowledge
Excellent clinical and managerial skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A clear and thorough knowledge of the CQC and care standards
