Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Clinical Lead or Head of Care for their warm and welcoming nursing home located in Dorchester.

You would have responsibility for:

• The overall management and career development of the nursing and care teams
• Managing the effective induction of all staff
• Clinical supervision of trained staff
• Mentorship and assessment of student nurses
• Induction of new care staff
