Senior Analytical Scientist

Jobs@Pertemps are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Analytical Scientist, this position may progess to permanent for the right candidate.
The main purpose of the role is to co ordinate and implement the development of analytical
methodologies for the analysis of pharmaceutical materials.
Assume responsibility for the analytical activities of assigned projects.
To assume delegated responsibility for maintaining compliant processes with the analytical team and laboratory.
To fulfil the routine and development operations of the GMP analytical laboratory.
Ensure that GMP compliance is maintained in the Analytical laboratory.
Maintain the IR, HPLC systems and GMP analytical system and associated documentation e.g. SOPs, Test Methods.
To generate and evaluate Stability protocols in line with project objectives to meet ICH Guidelines.
Ensure the Stability storage and testing is maintained.
Successful candidates must have a proven backgrounds in working to cGMP, Pharmaceutical, Analytical Chemistry, with Supervisory, Project and Technical experience. Understanding of inestigational drug process will be an advantage. It is esstential candidates are competent in the following techniques: IR, U.V, HPLC, KF and Dissolution.
