My client is an established consultancy specialising in a range of ecological services including habitat and protected species surveys. They are looking to grow the team in Southampton with a Senior Ecologist.
You will ideally specialise in birds or bats, and have experience of undertaking other protected species and habitat surveys. You will familiar with planning and policy and will be familiar with working on EcIAs.
As a Senior Ecologist you will be working within a professional team of ecologists, leading a number of exciting projects. You will be expected to liaise with clients and provide them with sound ecological advice. Other duties will include report writing and training junior staff.
