Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) required

We are currently seeking interest from Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) for our partner Independent adult psychiatric service provider on the South East coast.

The service offers the combination of a low secure adult intensive rehabilitation service for patients stepping down from secure units and community based supported living facilities, offering the option of a complete recovery care pathway, currently unique to this area. The focus is on patients gaining the necessary daily living skills, coping strategies and insight to be able to live in the community independently or with minimal support.

The appointed post holders will be committed to undertaking and managing direct patient care, participating fully in the assessment, planning and evaluating care needs and treatment programmes as well as delivering individual and group sessions.

Newly Qualified RNLD's will be considered.
