Asbestos Contracts Manager - Essex

Our client is a fast expanding asbestos company providing services such like asbestos surveys/removals and training. Due to on-growth of the business, they are currently looking for an office based Asbestos Contracts Manager to join their busy office in Essex.

The successful candidate must come from a strong technical background with at least five years' experience working within a contracts management removal role and within the asbestos market and it is also imperative that the candidate has exemplary Health and Safety record to expand their client base.

The Main Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing labour running.

Overseeing project work, supervising and managing staff/team/operatives, assessing potential contracts and estimating.

Completing risk assessments and method statements - and writing tenders, specifications/appraisals and ASB5 notifications.

Managing and organizing teams/staff to complete contracts in a professional way.

Delivering good services to the company's portfolio of clients and at the same time making recommendations to improve the services.

Collating comprehensive management reports using company procedures within time frame.

Overall, the successful candidate must be versatile, have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have excellent client-facing/management/organizational skills and must hold a full clean driving licence and have the ability to their take their business to the next step.
