The Role

Working as a Practice Nurse (Band 6) you will be based at custom built premises in South East London, delivering general practice nursing across the practice population.

Building on solid General Practice experience, you will work collaboratively within the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse leadership as required.

Essential skills for this role include proficiency in;

• Ear syringe
• Smears
• Childhood Imms
• Travel Imms
• Flu Jabs
• Diabetic Checks
• Spirometry
• Asthma Checks
• Hypertension checks
• To perform QoF checks on Booked Home visits
• Ability to use EMISPCS & its Templates for QoF
