Specialist Advisor/Case Manager - Fantastic Opportunity!

TLA are currently recruiting for a large charitable organisation for a Case Manager / Specialist Advisor with experience in Condition Management to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, helping people back into the workplace after illness or long term unemployment.

The role is to develop and deliver a high standard of care to clients from a wide range of backgrounds and a large range of conditions.

They currently have an urgent requirement for a candidate in the Thames Valley region to join their expanding team.

Candidates need to be registered Health Professional and come from a background where you have gained a good clinical knowledge and understanding of return to work and employment skills within a clinical setting.
