My client is the UK’s leading specialist Financial Services company, serving; GP’s, Hospital Doctors, Consultants, Dentists, Clerics and Educators.
Due to a significant UK expansion programme, they are now looking to hire a number of Officer Class ‘Financial Adviser Trainees’, to enhance their growth over the coming two years and are looking for ex- Naval, RAF or Army Officers who have experience of presenting themselves at senior or professional levels. The training Academy will last for 1 year and will consist of both Classroom and Field based training, at the end of which you will be a fully qualified Financial Adviser, with your own area and customer base.
In order to be successfully considered for this exceptional position, you will need to possess the following qualities-all of which will be tested during a selection process; fantastic personal impact both face-to-face and over the phone, an ability to engage and hold an audiences attention and interest, a credible and discerning personality, competitive with a desire to increase and then maintain a personal high standard of living, tenacious and determined to exceed goals with an ability to maintain high morale through difficult times.
My clients’ remuneration package is above average for this type of position, with a starting basic salary of £30,000, rising to £35,000 once fully qualified, together with uncapped bonuses and a full benefits package, including a home office set-up with an 0845 landline number, broadband, laptop, mobile phone and company car, 25 days holiday and Pension.
