Description Our client a highly regarded social landlord based on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire border currently require a well experienced Support Worker to provide housing support to a mixture of vulnerable clients including, children, young adults and adults with challenging behaviour. The role will involve:

Provide support to vulnerable clients living within temporary accommodation;
Draft support plans to cater for each residents individual requirements, monitoring regularly, amending if required;
Conduct risk assessments on new residents to ensure correct support can be provided;
Liaise closely with other support providers to ensure residents needs are met;
Inspect properties/rooms to arrange repairs and reduce void times;
Provide housing management duties, recovering rent arrears and resolving ASB issues;
Ensure health and safety of all residents at all times;

To apply for this you must have a current CRB check, have access to your own transport and have experience of supporting the young. The role will last for an expected 3 months.
