Description		Job Title: Integration and Test Team Lead Location: South/South West Salary: �Neg + Benefits Team Leader required in the Integration and Test Team working on safety-critical embedded and real-time applications for aircraft systems and weapons platforms. The role requires experience of leading the Software and Hardware Testing activity as well as relevant technical capability. Responsibilities include: - Requirements compliant delivery, within time and budget, on specific projects. - Day to day task delegation and management - Detailed application and improvement of applied processes and procedures. - Support to Team Manager on estimates and input to the Product Development plan. - Software Module Testing (Modules developed in �C�) - Development of the Embedded Test Software - Hardware & Software Integration (Software Requirements testing) - Development of PAT (Production Acceptance Test) scripts for PCBs and line replaceable units - Development of new ATE equipment and associated applications. - Team member progression - Health and Safety awareness in the team. Skills required: Experience in leading teams of Software Test Engineers Detailed experience of LabView and Test Stand and associated ATE techniques A proven background in testing using a formal process. Attention to detail & a methodical approach. Experience in a laboratory environment and use of equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, emulators etc. A good understanding of electronics hardware design.
