Description		Position: Service Project Manager Salary: �35 � 45K Location: Berkshire Apply to: d.kirkpatrick@jamjobs.co.uk The UK arm of a world leader are looking for a Project Manager to have primary responsibility for managing the more complex service support agreements held with customers. The functions include managing customer expectations, pro-actively highlighting potential performance and financial issues and compiling operational and financial reports and presentations. In addition, there is a sales growth element in terms of maximising value of agreements for both the company and the customer. Key Responsibilities � Project Management � Contract performance management � Proposal and contract development � Sales growth � Problem resolution � Market and customer knowledge The successful candidate will have a strong project management background along with experience of interfacing with customers. Financial reporting experience, whilst not essential, will certainly hold you in good stead. Experience of the aerospace and / or defence sectors would be highly beneficial.
