Description Our client, a well respected Housing Association based in Cheshire our looking for a Tenancy Management Officer to join their team for a temporary assignment.

Duties will include:
- Managing and re-letting empty properties
- Dealing with tenancy sign ups, transfers, successions and viewings
- Liasing with housing benefits departments
- Handling anti-social behaviour, nuisance and resolving disputes between neighbours
- Taking witness statements and preparing cases for court

The successful applicant must have previous experience in a Housing Officer role and have very good I.T skills. A full UK driving license and own transport are also essential for the role.
