Description		A highly regarded housing organisation in the Cambridgeshire region is looking to recruit a valuable addition to their team for a temporary assignment. The role will include preparing the leaseholders guide and writing the procedures manual for shared owners and leaseholders. Depending on experience there also may be an opportunity to conduct training due to a merger of staff. Extensive knowledge of leasehold law is essential.
