Description
A temporary Support and Resettlement Officer is currently being recruited for by a well established Housing Association in Cambridgeshire, to work on their Persistent and Prolific Offenders programme.

This role will involve working on the Association`s Community Services Team and the Persistent and Priority Offender scheme based in Cambridge, providing support to offenders who pose a significant risk of harm or re-offending. The post holder will provide an intensive tenancy support and resettlement service to offenders who are supervised by the scheme.

The post holder will be expected to coordinate and enable a wide range of support and resettlement interventions to vulnerable clients to facilitate their successful reintegration in to the community and move them away from offending.

You will need to have a clear understanding of the needs of a variety of offenders and be able to work effectively with a wide range of agencies.
