Description A highly recognised Housing Association in Buckinghamshire are looking to recruit a Scheme Manager to start with immediate effect. The position is for four weeks with a possibility of extension.

Main duties of the position involve providing support to severely disabled clients, conducting and reviewing support plans, carrying out risk assessments and to give advice on housing benefits. Other duties involve carrying out rent recovery for residents, assisting the regional manager with the allocation with the re-letting of flats and helping them settle in.

The successful candidate will be experienced in support, ideally with disabled residents and knowledge of housing legislation and housing benefits. An enhanced CRB disclosure is essential and experience in estate management is desirable.
