My client based in South Wales are looking for an experienced Housing Officer who has experience of working in front-line housing management. You will have a thorough understanding of tenancy management and good written and verbal communication skills. You will be very experienced in dealing with the public and able to exercise tact and discretion. You will be able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team and be customer focused. The ideal candidate will be able to identify basic repairs and remedies and be able to visit residents in their own homes and attend site meetings.
You will have a good level of literacy and knowledge of Housing Management and housing legislation and eexperience of working with customers.
