Our client, a Government organisation based in Buckinghamshire requires a Building Facilities Supervisor on a part time basis for a 6 month period.

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all police premises, offices and grounds within the specified area are ?fit for purpose` and achieve the necessary standards required for their daily functions/use by means of reporting their defects to others for remedial action
- Carrying out regular monitoring of the site amenities to ensure premises are in a safe condition, good general repair and that plant and services are properly functioning, all to the standards required by legislation, Health & Safety, electrical, mechanical and Fire Authority Regulations

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of building standards required for day to day use and experience of mechanical and electrical building installations.
