Evening Telephone Researcher

This role is a long term temporary assignment £7.55 - £10.06 per hour
Hours of work are 6pm-9pm between Monday & Thursday (between 6-12 hours per week) with possible extra shifts to cover sickness or holiday.

Our Client is looking for some excellent customer service people to join their professional team of telephone researchers.

You will be contacting the public who have recently used their service and completing a standard questionnaire with their responses. An empathetic but assertive telephone manner is essential to ensure all relevant information is obtained. Good listening and clear, concise communication skills are required as well as high attention to detail and a knowledge of excel and databases.

A CRIMINAL CHECK WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE

Skills required:
Accuracy & attention to detail
Good typing speed
Professional telephone manner
Experience of working with spreadsheets
