Description



Great new role working on a new online initative in conjunction with NHS healthcare providers in the London area to promote and inform on their services. Will be working on a project supported by London government and will be undertaking an exciting and varied role that combines general administrative support as well as helpdesk support to external clients. Previous exposure to web content management systems and the NHS working environments would be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities include :

Maintaining the project databases
Arranging and/or undertaking document production services, e.g photocopying or bulk mailings.

Arranging meetings and managing diaries and 'bring forward' systems

Word processing, data entry and other related tasks.

Maintaining filing and other office systems.

Support to projects and/or events, as directed by member of the unit

Act as a first point of contact for enquiries to the unit.
Ensure the timely ordering of stationery and other supplies, adhering to the Authority's corporate procedures
Undertake other administrative responsibilities as may be required on a flexible basis.

Realise the benefits of a flexible approach to work in undertaking the duties and responsibilities of this job, and participating in multi-disciplinary, cross-department and cross-organisational groups and project teams. If you are an experienced administrator with fantastic customer service skills and the ability to organise and manage processes, this busy helpdesk environment will be for you! You will possess excellent MS Office Skills and the ability to take on board new information and databases!
